We are PT. Panji Mas Textile, a leading recycle yarn and recycle fiber manufacturer established in 2003 in Gresik, Indonesia which focusing in the production or yarns for mop and blanket application and also fibers for open end spinning industry. Our raw material are coming from cutting clip waste from garment industry and fiber waste ring spinning industry.
Our products are :
1. Mop Yarn, We have various kinds of mop yarns in our production, those are : white, Bleached Natural(Raw white), Color and bicolor with count range from Ne 0.3s until 1s in twisted and single.
2. Blanket Yarn, We have all various color with count range Ne 1s – 6s in twisted and single.
3. Mop. We have Kentucky mop, those are : Bleached Natural(Raw white), Color and bicolor
4. Acrylic Yarn and Acrylic

Our mop yarn and blanket yarn are produced from regenerated fibers in which the production process are supported with 20 units of friction and woolen spinning system machines with capacity of 1000 MT per month. Our yarn’s quality are unfaded, long lasting, strong. eco-friendly, also competitive in price.

We have been exporting our yarns to world wide such as: Pakistan, Malaysia, South Africa, Egypt, India, Canada, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Hungary, Greece, Poland, Thailand and USA.
